Energizing Green Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
  • 1/3 c mango chunks
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Topping:

  • 1 tsp local bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

instructions

  1. Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients
  2. Blend in high speed blender 
  3. Top with bee pollen, cacao nibs, pomegranate seeds, and coconut flakes
  4. Enjoy!

uplifting green smoothie bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1/3 c pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
  • 1/3 c mango chunks
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein

Topping:

  • 1 tsp local bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

INstructions

  1. Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients
  2. Blend in high speed blender 
  3. Top with bee pollen and coconut flakes
  4. Enjoy!

green monstEr shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
  • 1 tbsp Green Vibrance greens powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp moringa
  • 1 tsp barley grass juice powder

instructions

  1. Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients. 
  2. Blend in high speed blender 
  3. Enjoy!

Rainbow Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1/4 c frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 c frozen cantaloupe 
  • 1/4 c frozen celery
  • 1/2 c frozen kale
  • 1/4 c berries 
  • 1/4 c steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 c coconut 
  • 1/2 c almond milk or coconut water

instructions

  1. Pour liquid in the bottom 
  2. Top with remaining ingredients
  3. Blend and enjoy!

berry + kiwi smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 c almond (or coconut) milk
  • 1/3 c blackberries
  • 1/3 c raspberries
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

instructions

  1. Place kiwi slices inside container (for visual)
  2. Pour nut milk in bottom of blender, add ice and then remaining ingredients
  3. Blend in high speed blender
  4. Top with a few leftover berries
  5. Enjoy!

Oatmeal + chia + smoothie Stack

Ingredients

Green Smoothie:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 c ice
  • 1 c almond (or coconut) milk
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1/2 c chia seeds
  • 1/2 c gluten free oatmeal

Chocolate Smoothie:

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1/3 c ice
  • 1 c almond (or coconut) milk
  • 1/3 c cooked then frozen butternut squash
  • 1/2 c chia seeds
  • 1/2 c gluten free oatmeal

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

instructions

  1. Pour oatmeal in the bottom of both containers and mix with 1/3 c almond milk (until all of the almond milk has been absorbed by the oatmeal)
  2. Place in fridge until hardened
  3. Pour 1/2 c chia seeds and 1/2 c almond milk on top of oatmeal and stir
  4. Place in fridge until the chia seeds turn into a pudding consistency 
  5. Blend smoothie ingredients - seperately and top over oatmeal
  6. Top off with toppings
  7. Enjoy!
